The 2020 Spring program is postponed until further notice due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Updates will be provided on an ongoing basis.
The program focus is on skating technique and skating mechanics including, edge work, transition skating, lateral movement/pivoting, stride, various starts and first step quickness, speed and power development. There will also be a skills component which will include agility drills that will combine stick handling and skating skills with a focus on agility, quick feet, pivoting, lateral movement, acceleration, movement in tight spaces, and various skating/puck control postures and techniques.
The spring program is designed for players that are looking to improve their technique and fundamental skills in the off-season. There is an ELITE program for AAA players and players in OHL, CIS, Major Junior and players exiting Minor Midget AAA looking to move onto the next level.
All Sessions INSTRUCTED BY TARA. In addition, there will be other highly skilled and qualified instructors (additional instructors will vary depending on the program) but includes Richard Kearns, Jeff Corbett, Brendan Bell and Todd Winder. All instructors have OHL/CIS experience and extensive experience working with Tara in her programs.

Players must be accepted and at appropriate level. Acceptance will be confirmed via email after registration is received. Spaces are limited. Players must register for their own age group.

This session will be overseen by TARA but will be run by Tara’s lead instructors Jeff Corbett, Brenden Bell, Todd Winder and/or Richard Kearns. All instructors have OHL/CIS experience and extensive experience working with Tara in her programs.
*Groups and skills stations will be divided by age and skill level within in each session
