FALL DATES FOR ELITE LEVEL SKATING
Programs are designed for players A-AAA level to improve their technical skating skills with and without the puck. The focus will be on a combination of skating technique and mechanics, agility, transitions, speed and power development. Drills will include a combination of no-puck and with-puck. Sessions are divided by age and skill level.
Main areas of Focus:
- Stride Mechanics and Efficiency of Skating Skills
- All Edges, Balance, Posture, Stability
- Lateral Movement, All Pivots and Transition Skating
- Quickness, Agility, Change of speed
